New Family
I have a new family member as of last night. Her name is Katherine (or some variant of Katherine, or Catherine, or Kathryne, etc, etc, etc) and she was born a bit early. At 1.6 pounds she sounds like she's gonna need a bit of help for the next few weeks, so, here's hoping for her. Congrats Roger and Evonne.
This brings up a question I have though. I was out in Hawaii for a family reunion and I realized that, while I know how I am related to these folks, I'm not sure what their relation to me is. For example. What is the familial title of someone who is my Grandfather's Sister's Daughter's Daughter? Is that some sort of cousin removed? Is that a _____-cousin? Or would she be some combination of the two? My third cousin-twice removed with a Level four broadsword and an attack level of +9... ... ... Yeah. I'm a geek.
